- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in NexoMind
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Subscriptions and Payments
NexoMind offers subscription plans with different features. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your subscription
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
4. Health Disclaimer
The content and services provided by NexoMind are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. NexoMind is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring you have proper form when performing exercises (AI analysis is a tool, not a replacement for professional guidance)
- Not sharing your account with others
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NexoMind or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if NexoMind or a NexoMind authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
7. Changes to Terms
NexoMind reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.
